Rent to Own
Did you know?
With rent to own there are NO Credit Requirements, that means NO credit check.  Because this is a rent to own agreement, the customer may turn in his or her building at ay time without getting a negative credit report.  A customer may pay their building off any any time without penalty or fees.
 
Why Rent to Own?
Rent to Own was introduced into the portable building industry as an alternative to "mini-warehousing".  Why rent a storage unit when rent to own allows customers to have their own storage unit right in their own backyard.  Mini-warehouses have 2 disadvantages that portable storage buildings do not have: 1. They are usually inconvienient and 2. They never belong to you.  With our Rent to Own program a customer can own a storage building in 36, 48 or 60 months! The term is your choice!
 
How Much Down?
Security deposit varies with building width (you may always put more down to lower your payment).
8-10' wide: $100
10-12' wide: $200
14-16' wide: $1,000 (due to size, pilot cars are sometimes used to get these safely down the road)
